1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete payment — it's that easy!

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across India.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account and visit the My Orders section to track your shipment in real time.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us at hello@happyplaneta.com as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry if that happened! Please email us at hello@happyplaneta.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that amount.

8. How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact us at hello@happyplaneta.com to initiate a return.

9. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
